Any NC NSA's interested in...

1.) Taking on some of my overflow in the Triangle area (Wake, Chatham, Orange, Durham, Harnett & Johnston counties). I've been very busy, and can no longer keep going at the rate I am. I need 1 or 2 very experienced NSA's that will take anywhere from 1 to 5 closings from me a week. These NSA's have to agree to sign a non-compete clause to not solicit the business of the companies that have hired me. NSA's must have more than 3 years experience as an NSA, closed more than 1000 loans, and detail oriented. Email over your resume/experience to me please. It may take me a couple weeks to get back to anyone.

2.) We work with a couple attorney's that do purchase and refi closings in Forsyth, Guilford, Alamance, Wilson and several other counties that are a couple hours drive from the Triangle. We are looking for very experienced NSA's in several areas of NC to close these loans, and for the purchases, update title and record. Must be very experienced, must know how to update & record, etc. Again, please forward me your info, and it may take a couple weeks for us to get back to you.
