BEWARE OF DYNAMIC FIELD SOLUTIONS--OWNER VICTORIA MARTIN

I took and assignment from Dynamic Field solutions, from a guy named Joe who said he was a loan officer. He was actually not the loan officer but worked for the company. After taking the assignment, I completed everything and confirmed with them, thinking they were a division of the mortgage broker handling status of notary assignments. I confirmed with another loan officer saying the payment would be made in full and immediately.

They did not pay me for two months. After paying me they did not pay me IN FULL. LYING, saying I did not confirm status, of when I mailed the documents back. I also called/emailed several times, their numbers were disconnected.

I talked to a man named Tony Martin who was extremely rude, and and sarcastically said "good luck" after I asked him when I was going to recieve payment of my services.

After talking to Victoria herself, she said she would call me back. She left me a message saying " i mailed your check out" Got the check, not in full, and TOTALLY LIED and said i didn’t do the assignment correctly. WOW. I Filed a complaint with the BBB, the Sec of State, the Attorney General AND the DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE.

They were working with LENNOX MORTGAGE. I will be sending this to collections, and not cashing the check they wrote me until the full amount is paid.

I would also like to find other notaries that have did business with them, and LENNOX. They are not registered either, in the county of Santa Ana to do business. And LENNOX doesnt even have an active broker's license. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, they are shady, unprofessional, unethical and everything in between.

Good luck to Victoria and Joe! Looks like they are related, and don’t really understand what BAD PUBLICITY IS.

"I will be sending this to collections, and not cashing the check they wrote me until the full amount is paid."

This will very likely be the only money you see from them. Cash it now before they realize you never did and put a stop payment on it and you end up with nothing.

I have received a lot of work from Dynamic and never had a problem with getting paid my fee.
I've never spoken with a Vicky before but Joe is very easy to work with and has never claimed he was a loan officer to me. I just called their office and the phones work just fine.....sorry to hear about your bad experience.

Oh No I just did a signing for them here in AZ on Monday and I hope I have the same experience as RUS - The docs showed up on time - the signing went smooth and I confirmed and emailed an invoice back. Wel, If it turnes ugly I now have the names of who I need to talk to about payment.

That's interesting- I got a call from them to do a signing. I confirmed the appt. and printed the docs. The BO canceled before I went to the appt. I called Dyamic Field Solutions and told them what happened. I told them I will need to be reimbursed for printing and they said ok. Now they are ignoring me. My plan was to wait 30 days and tell them I will now be adding a 50.00 late charge and filing in small claims court. Personally I have had GREAT luck getting paid when I mention small claims. Threatening with BBB to me seems like spitting in the wind. After reading this I now know who's name to use when I threaten or file-Thanks!!

Joe Codding was his name, they have been giving me the same run around, that another set of docs had to be issued and resigned. Ive been waiting 6 weeks, I finally got them to pay by calling the title company they used and let them know they dont pay the notaries. Now Ive got there attention... And if my check is not here by Tuesday 2-6-08 I will call the lender and piss in there ear about it. Everyone who gets screwed by these signing companies needs to raise some cain with there affiliates, then maybe they will lose business and fold.

This is for anyone who has been stiffed by them, I can give you advice on how to get them to pay up. It would be my pleasure, they paid 1/2 of what they owe and now are giving excuses like I missed an initial on a page. Bull if I missed something why wasnt I informed 7 weeks ago. They just want to screw notaries and its up to us to stop these companies. So if there anyone who needs help contact me at [e-mail address].

Completed a signing for them back on 10/8..been trying to get paid ever since. They won't return calls or emails....clearly are deliberately not paying...I'm currently dealing with two companies like this...any advise on how to force them to pay? And/or who to complain to that will get results. My other company is Closing Quest...I have even filed complaints online with the state that they are located in with no succuss...any advise would be greatly appreciate.
