BOA docs
Someone please help. I received docs for BOA closing I installed
Banstall from paws website. Thank You PAW, but for some reason I cannot get
the docs to pull up I get error message from Adobe stating its
not supported by adobe. So then I tried saving to desktop and
opening still no help. I even tried to open with swiftview still no help.
Thank god I have wonderful clients that will convert to PDF for me.
But I would still like to know what the HE** I am doing wrong. TIA

Are you using Firefox? Sometimes switching browsers works. Try IE

I tried that as well. I had someone state
that when banstall is installed there will be a
owl ??? Never got a owl so maybe I didn't install
properly???

That happened to me once. I didn't have the most current version of Acrobat. Now I do. No problem.

I am stll trying to figure out. My client already
converted and sent me the package.
I just wanted to figure out for future.
Now I did have adobe come up with all different options
I was afraid to try them. Last time I played around with
something like this I messed my computer up cost me
140 to have someone repair. To many jobs today to
let that happen.

Add this to you Explorer:
Internet explorer
Security
Trusted Sites
Click on sites and add the following address:
https://mortgagedocs.bankofamerica.com
Restart you computer, and it will install. You should have to click "OK" when installation is complete.
Let us know.

I forgot to let everyone know that I am running Vista, I think
this maybe the key factor.
