Bond company question
UUUgghh, it is notary renewal time. One well known company has my current bond and I have nor never had any issues/compliants or anything like that lodged against me. When I did my previous bonds with them, I was able to do it all online with a few easy clicks. Since then (sometime within a the last few years) they must have changed their process. Now one submits a bond inquiry form and someone is supposed to contact you within 2 days. Well, I have given them a week to just contact me. I have decided since they haven't contacted me thus far, I am not going to renew through them. I am concerned I may encounter further delays and could end up with a period where I can't work, no thanks. So here is my question. Anyone know of a company (not NNA reference, will not pay those rates) where one can get a bond online fast? Or a company that will do as they say? I need to get this done so the state there is no lapse between my commission expiring and my new commission. I am in Michigan and the state pretty much takes everyone. Any suggestions? Thanks

Linda -- thank you much, will do
Another example of the answer being right in front of you. Reminds me of when I hunt and hunt for my glasses and my phone when I am talking on the phone with my glasses on the top of my head, LOL
