Did someone turn on the Blue Light today?

Would of had 3 appointments for today and tomorrow, but seems I'm on the high side for 2 of them..lol. I'm still waiting on a confirm from a company out in PA (that was 4 hours ago) and nothing yet.

Phone was ringing @ 7:45am this morning.. everyone wants a deal or done cheap now.

With my new business cost, 10/hr babysitter there is no way I could even think about discounting my rates anymore. In the past I could haggle a few dollars but for every signing I do now 20-30 dollars goes to somebody else now and they wont wait 30 days or more for payment.

Don't forget...

to keep track of it because it is a tax deductible expense!!! I'm lucky that I have family around & have never had to pay for a sitter.

I could be wrong here, but I believe it has to be a person licensed to do daycare thru the state before it can be tax deductible. And if I remember correctly, they have to give you a receipt for payment to prove the daycare was provided.
I feel for you Mike, babysitters or daycare providers are not cheap. It is indeed a business of its own and they do pretty well. I have to give these providers credit and lots of it. I couldnt do it. No patience for spoiled children, lol.

You may be right...

When I was in law school & my oldest was in daycare we were able to deduct the the expenses but my daycare provider was licensed & provided a receipt at years end. Doesn't seem fair though.
