I did, however, get a handwritten 1099 from her postmarked 2/12th.

I can't get her to respond at all, so I am taking her to small claims court. I have a couple of addresses for her. Do you know which one is the best to have her served at?

I think this is the best for her:
EleventhHourSignings 4120 Douglas Blvd. Suite 306-281 Granite Bay, CA 95746-5936
Let me know how it goes and good luck!

Re: Eleventh Hour Signings~LET THE GAMES (CLAIMS) BEGIN!
I was duped twice in December by Paige, just before Christmas....Paige is a cold fish...she's got a great story about her business doom, but she shafted me knowing she wouldn't pay me, so I too am filing a small claims action in Santa Barbara Small Claims Court...even if we don't get paid, we can at least get a judgment and trash her credit. Very cagey little girl...I know you read this board, Paige, so get ready for the onslaught...we're pretty disgusted with your business acumen...totally unfair of you to knowingly take advantage of the little notary person, while you hoard all the fees. You're a criminal white collar worker. Same goes for Docuservusa. Still owes me for $415 in summer of 2007, calls me up for a signing, and I ask "what happened to the payment plan which is not happening for me...." I just can't work for people who want extended terms, like 9 months? really...this has got to stop.

NO thank the heavens above! It's companies like this that put a sour taste in all of our mouths! I am still waiting for a signing that I completed in Nov 07. It really isn't rocket science hasn't she thought about perhaps taking out a loan and paying off all that is due money? I would think that would be the noble approach. Instead Paige calls us knowing that she had no intentions of paying us too do a signing. She will never answer the phone first off. And secondly doesn't even have the nerve too respond too any emails. What a complete JOKE she is. I would relish in the idea of her responding too me. Funny thing is she is about too get a letter from my attorney today! Just because she has lost her company is no excuse not too pay the vendors who she hired too do their job and in which I am sure we have all completed without any problems. What she is doing is illegal! Perhaps a class action lawsuit? It's time we get together and stick up for ourselves as a group.
