Escrow Cheque++LIARs watch out for these #$%&
Did a signing for them a month ago. Call the processor, because i had her phone # as an emergency number during the signing. She said the loan closed and i should have a check this week. I called Escrow Cheque to see when I can expect this check. Escrow officer says " Oh! that loan has not closed-we have no $ in the file to pay you" I said fine, I will let the small claims judge decide if you should pay me or not. She then said-or by the way, fax an invoice to us-we do expect it to close soon. I faxed an invoice as well as my demand letter (as required by small claims). I get a call this morning from the processor-"we will be overnighting a check to you -please call me later for a fedex tracking number." Oh-my Escrow officer is so confused" No she is not-she is a thief and liar-work for these scum bags at your own risk.

I agree with you 100 percent.
This signing company, (LIA) likes to take advantage of Notary’s good faith. This is a matter that LIA fails in the eyes of “Lady Justice.” It is my own experience that I have completed many signings for this company and have difficulties with them sent me a payment. I have to make many calls and let them know that they will be paying me soon because the law of my state allow me to make them paying notaries services. It was not a good task to deal with them because I was not aware of their intention. It becomes clear to me that it is not good deal to accept and/or consider work for them because they simply refuse to pay and know how to be tough with notaries when comes to pay notaries for completed an assignment. Also, I notice that their paper work is not well-organized and/or professional.
I decided that I do not take any appointment from them because I am not going to work for FREE. Have said all the above it is your decision to move forward when comes to collect your money from a work well done. I did collected mine after many calls and be straight to the point with them.
Please, do not be justifying to them anything because you do not own LIA an explanation. You make sure to them that you will get paid for your work and they must send you money as in the contract agreement stated. Also, let them know what the law of your stated says when comes to do not pay a Notary’s fee. It is consider a theft in my state. What is the consideration of your state?
Please, keep us informed with this matter. I am curious to know if you are treated with consideration from LIA. It is because if they insist in not pay you –it will allow me to let them know some of the facts about their company does not honor the contract agreement
Good Luck!
