Called paypal confirmed $$ was there and transfered it out into my bank account. Had to do some serious I'll call it whining. Didn't have to call Johny-bag-of-donuts. I am happy now but man did that guy p me off. And my adrenalin (sp?) is pumping.

they do not pay , i've been given every lie in the books , the owner out of time,we havn't been paid either is what the scheduler said ,,, the owner emailed me , advising he is working on liquidation of his funds..LOL ..you owe me for 1 closing and you don't have funds to cover 1 closing? .. i asked him so why did you provide me with a check # if you have no funds.. oh that check was lost in mail he said , 2nd check number etc(never arrived) ..

Ronda, You would not believe what I went through to get paid. I litterally called and e-mailed till my fingers fell off today! Called the title co. and he e-mailed me back that he was setting up paypal and would "let me know" I called title again and would not get off of the phone until they called him and said pay her NOW. He did and I am done. I would go on but its history. Good luck
