Firma Signing just called...

and offered me 85 for edoc refi. I offered to do it for 100. Asked if I'd "work with them" on the fee. SORRY, No thank you. "Lake" refused my offer.

I'm getting tired of having to discount my fees for these cheap signing services, especially for those I have no clue about. Glad I stuck to my guns after finding the many posts complaining about this company not paying. Even if they are "trying to turn things around", it's not worth the frustration. I'll wait for a better offer!

If you do business with Firma Signing, get everthing in writing. They only pay $25.00 for no sign at the table. They are cheapos/greedy.

I'd stay away from them. They don't pay for work completed either. Been ignoring my requests for months!
