First for me tonight

Doing a closing tonight in NJ for a GA property, since GA is an attorney only state there will be on present on speaker phone tonight and I will sign and stamp.

Ugh I bet this is going to take forever tonight, 30 minutes in and out but noooooo I bet this will take as long as a RM.

I have done quite a few of them with an attorney online for Georgia and South Carolina properties. It will be very quick and simple just be sure there is a witness other than you. You will have no problems. I love these.

thanks for the heads up, I called the lawyer to confirm that and yes I do need a witness. Called the title company and the borrowers.

I'm with Deborah on this one

I too have done signings for several GA properties and it's been my experience that things actually go a bit faster.

opposite for me

I did one the other week with a SC lawyer on the phone. It literally took twice the amount of time it should have. I've been to this lady two other times for other loans so we were very comfortable with what we were doing. We were actually finished signing long before the lawyer was finished going over the few documents she wanted to cover. She jibbered and jabbered about all sorts of stuff. If she would have stayed on task, it wouldn't have been a problem. Ask me about her daughter, where she went to school, where she used to live. I know all the answers !!!
