Free business cards offer Beware

V****P***** is now charging my credit card $14.95 a month since I ordered the free cards. I paid the shipping. I am raising all kinds of h*** with them. I did not see that and certainly did not agree to it. Anyone else have this happen with this company?

That happened to me when I ordered cards from them about 4 years ago. A $12.95 fee was on my cc bill each month. It took 2 months to clear it up and I did get the money refunded.

They said I clicked a box that said I wanted to join a club for discounts for grandparents raising their grandchildren. (???) I assured them that I did not agree to the offer, since I don't have any grandchildren. Then, the person said I actually received an email about it and clicked through the email offer. The email would have gone to my notary email box and I don't get any spam offers there, so I was 100% sure I did not agree to any of this, even by accident. I haven't ordered anything from V****p***** since.

OOOOOH! I almost did that the first time I ordered "free" cards from them. They make it very easy to "click here" to learn about your "gift!" Be very careful. I am so leary of stuff like that, that I had read and re-read, and realized what I was about to do. Sorry for you, and I hope you resolve this. I love the quality of their "freebies," but like anything free, there may be a catch somewhere...good luck! It is awesome that you said something too, to warn others to be extra cautious when ordering from them...it can be a bit confusing.

I have not had a problem with them, and yeah, you have to read the fine print...never click on that free gift crap...I've been a customer for years and even ordered post cards...never a billing issue...maybe I just jinxed myself, ugh. Frown

JUST CALL THEM

I mistakenly did the same thing, first time.
They were very understanding and refunded that fee to me immediately.
