I did a closing for them back in Jan 25 didn't close, i was there at the closing for 2 hours waiting on call backs from the loan officer, then the same closing feb 8 closed but then cancel
FHA LOAN e-doc , I talk to maria nice BUT i was told i would get full fee once it was reschedule on the 8 I sent my invoice in for both, I recieve a call from the loan officer that the RTC was sign incorrectly, i told him that couldn't be I pay attentin to that document and I know it was sign correct I keep a copy and I could fax it to them then he came back on the phone and said that they had in fact cancel mailing it in overnight. so I call Marie concern about this and she wasn't aware of this and told me she would give me a call back, well I hadn't heard from her until today when Amy called for a closing 55 mile away from me FHA again not wanting pay my fee of $165.00 edoc' and I hadn't heard from them about the last closing nor have I been paid, so I ask to speak with Marie she apoloize and state there going to pay me the 250.00 for the other 2 closing but she going to add them to other closing I do for them and the they would pay me $165.00 to do this closing which is a discount from me FHA I charge 20.00 additionl for the added paperwork , I'm not sure to trust this company. I think I'll take a loss of 250.00 than to add another 165.00 to it time, toner, gas. aleast the other one was in my city.

Closed two for them last year. It was a run around trying to get paid. I won't work for them again. It wasn't until my demand letter threatening legal action for non-payment that Patti called with a song and dance that she had been out of the office for a week. I told her that her credit with me was more than 3 months past due. She paid the following week.

I don't see either of these companies in signing central.
In fact, I don't see a lot of the companies that are complained about on the board there

Thank you for checking, I don't think I will take this one, I'll cut my loses now. I did find some other threads on them here most bad a few good, but who's to say it may be there employee posting good messages about there own company.
