Georgia Closing
Can a notary do a closing in Georgia which is an attorney only state if the property is actually in a different state? If so any takers for tonight in Augusta?

Don't you have to.....
If the document is being notarized in the State of Georgia, then you have to abide by the Laws in Georgia.

ahh, I don't think that's right. The laws of the state that the property is located must be followed.
