If I hear one more time a sob story from a SS, about bad accounting software, invoicing problems, death in the family, etc. I am going to scream!!! Maybe if one of them came up with a new AND original BS story I might be tempted to believe them!

I had Machel Miller of Charles Frost & Associates tell me she would look into their money "situation". I told her I didn't care what their "situation" was and that she got paid and needed to pay me. She then very rudely asked me if she should pull the money out of her a**! I told her that if that was what she needed to do she better do it! So tired of excuses...that is on a job I did for them in August of 2007!

Closers on the Go is one of those BSr's...Kristie's most recent excuse was, "we'll pay you when we get paid". LIARS LIARS LIARS...this was for a closing back in October 07! Some SS are just PURE SCUM BAG LIARS...

Check stuck in the printer

So my address was unreadable and it took 5 months for the PO to send it back as undeliverable. New check in the mail. Still waiting 18 months later for FOX to pay me.

TC's are doing the same thing. Excuse after excuse, calls don't get returned...one day the check is cut and going in the mail 2 weeks later the invoice was never put to accounting. You cannot trust signing services or title companies alike. How would they like it if every notary waited 60-90 days to send their packages out? Then when they call we tell them" oo sorry gas is so expensive that I cannot send your package out right away, I'll see what I can do next week..."

Got a check today for a 12/1/07 closing, check was issued

1/2/2008, when I called on it they said that it had been issued and that I should get it any day in the mail. The post mark on the envelope from their mail machine is 1/23/08. Why write the check just to hold it for another month? So they could say they were truthful when they told me they had issued the check. Sheeeish!
