CK message # 233116. I did a signing for them, not paid yet. Probably to soon to tell...but I turned down a second one a couple of days later. My gut says get the $ in front.

Based on my experince. They have changed their ways. They will now put you on the HUD and you will receive you payment in about a week. Beware that they only do FHA loans, around 200+ pages for signing + 200 for borrower's copy. They are in the office till late and you will also get Jeff's cell # to call at end of closing in the Borrower's home.
You must be willing to take your time. One big warning. You will always be waiting on docs to come in at last minute and most likely have to reschedule by an hour or 2.
Most of their Borrower's are very pleased with the out come and have been well informed by the LOs. But when you do your confirmation call, be sure to tell them that this is not going to be a quick process and make sure they have the ID copies ready and that the time will probably be pushed back depending on when you get docs, then it should go great.
The quickest I have gone thru one was 1 1/2 hours and that was during a Ball game and they signed where and when I told them.. but I have also spent over 2 hours in a home.
If your willing to, give Kensington a chance, Alison is a sweetie and if you don't mind going out late this can be good money.
I have yet to have a signing not close and they have paid me every time so far. Best of Luck. MelissaNC
