This guys are low ballers!

they used to call me almost twice a week to do mods (washington mutual) for less than $50.00 pleeeassse! After the fourth or fifth rejection, they finally stopped calling me. I even told them that they have no creditably with paying their notaries and they just totally bypassed and ignored my comments.

not worth the time or fight for your money.

Did a closing for them on 8/20/2007 met my fee XXX.XX and was paid in 30 days. No problems at all. Would defintely work for them again.

Kathi and Peter. Don't know what you are doing any

different than the rest of us to be paid so quickly. The majority of us have to beg, plead, phone, call, fax many times to finally get paid. I will personally never work for them again. I think the only reason I was finally paid the last time is the borrower I did the closing for was an attorney. I threated LIA with this saying I was calling the attorney borrower if I wasn't paid in 5 days. I got my check in 3 days. Hmmm.
