Wanted to share with everyone (and I added company to signing central with status as well). Signing was on 1-26-07 and did did not close. Borrower decided against loan. Full fee billed to above company. Received check 2-9-08 for full fee.

Company is easy to get along with and fast payment. One of the Good Guys in my book. Would work for again anytime.

Yes I meant Signing was completed in 08 and payment 2 weeks later. Great company to work for.

They now stipulate in their confirmation that they will pay a $50 trip fee if the file cancels at the table.
