NorthStar Notary- ?Still in business?

Fax number is disconnected/no longer working.
Tim's direct number 714-308-9727 is no longer working.
Phone numbers on SS are general voicemail boxes.

Unpaid for 10-10-2007 signing and would appreciate any other contact numbers. Tim's last email to me on 2-12-2007 (from [e-mail address]) stated the was check was sent 2 weeks prior but he would send out another check. Nothing yet........

Isn't it interesting that so many checks "get lost in the mail". None of the checks I write ever do. I can't believe how many companies use the same poor excuse.
