They owe me and my business partner for 2 closings. 1 from October and 1 from November. I have been trying desperately to collect. I have notified several people in a notary forum that they are defaulting and I am also trying to find out the owner' true name and if they are a valid LLC. If not then I will pursue the owner in court and lien his property. Thanks for the heads up. They called me 2 weeks ago to take a closing. I refused saying that until they pay me and my partner the money they owe I will not accept any further work. 916-714-4400 is another # I have. Give it a shot.

I did a signing fo them and just got a check in the mail two days ago? Did not even have to bug them for it or anything? Maybe I just got lucky?

obviously you were lucky. After months of calls, letters and emails I finally received a response from the owner Rod. HE was angry when I posted a thread about them to the NSA group forum I participate in (separate from this one). I included him in the e-mail just so that he was 'aware' that I was saddened to have to warn my fellow NSA's about them because they had defaulted on the loans I close for them and that they were also still trying to get me to accept closings. Well Notary Express is out of business, he finally ADMITTED it; of course didn't have the decency to tell me that I'd be out hundreds of dollars. 916-719-7272. The 800 number is for the company out of Illinois.
