Outlook problem

When I go in to reply to an email, it comes back as "undeliverable". This only started about a week ago.

Any suggestions on what happened to my outlook?

I sometimes am unable to respond to an email that has gone to my Junk folder. I have to move the email to my Inbox and then reply to it. Hope that helps.
