Pinnacle Real Estate Services?

Found some old comments & wasn't sure if anyone had more recent/positive experience. Thanks

I did a signing for them in Sept. '07 and didn't get paid until Dec. After tons of phone calls and emails to Debra and Dawn, I finally got paid after 3 months. I'll never take another signing from them, JMHO.

I took an assignment from them only after I stated that I wanted it in writing that I would get paid in 30 days due to the negative comments. Debra confirmed it in writing and it has been 60 days since the closing. I have spoken to Debra a few times and was assured the check "was going out". Since I do work directly for the title company that used Pinnacle I will be contacting them to let them know how this company operates. Never again.

How did all this turn out for you? I am still trying to recover a day after Christmas signing and find it interesting First American Title in Sacramento still use them for signings knowing they are not paying their vendors when the money comes in. Did you contact the title company and what was the response?

I also took an assignment with an email from Debra saying I would be paid in 30 day. Closing was in Nov and still have not received payment after several call. Even received an email from Dawn saying check would be sent ASAP and here it is 3 weeks later and still not check.

Why did you guys think getting a confirmation in writing about when they would pay you would make any difference? Any company who has no problem stiffing notaries for payments is going to be a company that will have no problem lying to you just to get you to do the signing.

Past actions are what represent the truth, them telling you what you want to hear doesn't represent the truth.

They will pay you................ like 5-6 months into the future, if you're lucky.

Pinnacle Real Estate Services is on my personal "no way, hell no! list".

The borrower in mine was a friend and a signing agent. I mentioned to her that I hadn't been paid and she called her loan officer complaining that I hadn't been paid.

I don't know if it actually helped, but I finally got paid.

Used to be tops in my book

Sad to see. This used to be such a good SS to work for way back when, but like so many others, over saturation and the slump in the housing market will probably force them out of the business.

IIRC the company was sold a few years ago

I did a few jobs for them years ago, they did pay on time back then. I think when they sold the company I got a letter stating run to the bank and cash your check by this date or you're SOL.
