RM for $65.00

This has got to be a joke? I really hope that people are not accepting these fees! This is an insult. I will go without.....before taking a job for that little. Told that the LO would be there and that shipping back would be paid for. Ohhhh sounds like a bonus to me! LOL. The LO is probably banking $5K off the deal- sorry find another sucker!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I have worked for the company before....and they did pay good for the couple that I have done and paid timely....so I really dont want to slam them on this.....but I wont be accepting.

Don't you understand what RM means???

REVERSE mortgage... everything backwards...

They were making you a deal, not so long ago you had to pay $125-$150 to do an RM signing... they're willing to let you have it for $65.

Ingrate.

Re: Don't you understand what RM means???

Years ago, RM's were twice the size they are now. (my experience only)

is $65.00 for email of these docs? Was the distance real far?

I understand, most everyone wants as much as they can get for the time it takes to do them, what would be a good fee for this?

$ 150.00 makes you laugh?

I do 3 or 4 a month for that amount for a title company. I bet you don't get that from your clients.
