ROBERT STACKPOLE???

Anyone heard from this guy lately? BEWARE IF HE CALLS YOU! I am still waiting for $175 payment on a signing in July of '07! If anyone knows where he is, I would appreciate the info.

Have you ever contacted Loan Officer?

For No-pays, has anyone ever contacted the loan officer? Not sure it would make any difference...

Re: Have you ever contacted Loan Officer?

I have contacted the broker for an unpaid invoice that has been going on since October. He was shocked to learn that I wasn't paid when the loan funded and agreed that it is unacceptable to have to call and call to be compensated for a job that I did which resulted in all parties profiting. He is willing to pay me and collect from the TC which is very honorable of him . Needless to say it is going to cost the TC a lot more in lost business than if I was just paid after I did the closing.

What other info do you have, just a name doesn't always help in remembering who or what... I do contact the loan officer if I am trying to collect. But only after all reasonable attempts to contact the hiring company have failed.

Yes, I have contacted the L.O..

but will only do this as a VERY last resort. Thank goodness I have only had to do it twice in three years. It does work and of course I follow up with a thank you note and gift card for thier effort.
