RTC Settlement Services out of Pittsburgh, PA

Does anybody have any recent experience with RTC Settlement Services out of Pittsburgh, PA? If so, were you paid promptly? If so, how long did it take for you to get paid? The person that contacted me from RTC Settlement Services is Michael Cahalane. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

I did one for them 1-31-2008. Not paid yet, however my invoice states 30 days, so we'll see?

I did two signings this month for them. Patrick Cahalane was one of the most pleasant people I have had the opportunity to work with. Very easy to get a hold of, and excellent communications. Would work for them anytime.

I have one for 2/6/08 that has not been paid.
This is the conversation I had with Patrick regarding it... on 2/20 when he called to see if I would do another signing on the following monday...
"So if checks are sent out weekly, why have I not been paid yet for the xxxxx signing done 2/6/08 ...I should have had a check in hand, last week or this week already...
Are you a signing service? Or if not, what exactly does RTC provide in the way of services?

The reason I asked him about what services he provides, was because
1.He was not named on the HUD, there was no mention of his company in the escrow docs.
2.When he called me he represented himself as the escrow company, which he was not.
3. He acted like a signing service, because we had to haggle over the price.
4. The "closing fee" on the HUD was for quite a bit more than we agreed to. It only said closing fee, nothing about RTC Settlement Services.
Maybe I am paranoid, or over reacted- things just didn't feel right when I spoke to him.

I had a signing for them on 02/05/08 that I have not been paid for. With everyone else saying they are 'slow' to pay, I probably won't be doing business with them again.
