Hasn't your mother ever told you that things are not always going to go your way? That there are going to be days when you get the short end of the stick, days when you get poked in the eye by a good friend, you are also going to be misunderstood and yes (i'll say it) even disliked by some and that it doesn't mean that it is the end of the world for pete sakes.

Haven't you heard,
You can win some of the people some of the time,
but you can't win all of the people all of the time.
or something like that,

Which post are you refering to?

I see posts telling of experiences and how they were handled. Most answering are responding likewise. Other's experiences give us all the benefit of the bad or good experience without having to go through it. It enables us to be proactive about any potential unforseen problems. Often something arises at the table you have no experience handling and you can recall how others dealt with the same or similar situation and utilize that.
