ServiceLink

Has anyone recently been told that to be put on ServiceLink's preferred provider list you have to agree to fees of $45/for loan mod closings, $65/overnight docs and $20 extra for e-mail docs? I was charging more and they stopped calling me. I don't want to reduce my fees. I can barely make a living as it is. With the cost of tonar cartridges, gas, insurance etc. who can afford to work at these prices?

They offered me $65 for overnight & $85 for edocs. They also asked for many fax backs and waiting for their approval before shipping the documents. I will not lower my fees!

Nobody can afford to make a living off of those prices. And as we've seen on this board, more and more companies are going that route and it's unlikely that they'll increase them again in the future.

It's time for everybody to be considering other career options. Very few are going to be able to make a full time living off of this job in the future, it's going to be a Wal Mart priced industry.

I did, and I said okay just because I was driving thru snow, but I told her anything more than 10 miles from my office is going to be $125.00, she put me on hold then came back and said okay. We will see.
