Signings

Hi I have signed papers when i bought my house, but anyone know where I would start to do signings for title companys? Can I just tag along with someone to learn I am in the orlando Florida area maybe someone can help me with this? New notary here thank you for any help

Use the orange search button and read msg 33325 and all the other messages in that thread. There are links within those messages that will assist you in researching how and to whom to market to when you are a new notary.

No other information will be given to you other than "start reading at msg 33325".

Start by reading all the messages on this forum.
Also not a good idea to market to title companies when you have absolutely no experience.

The Orlando area is saturated with experienced signing agents, as is most of Florida. And if you read the messages on this forum you will see that business has slowed down (almost to a standtill for a lot of signing agents)

Also, most companies would not approve of someone taking along another person to a signing.

Is this why you became a notary???

That is good.
I see too many who became notaries just to become signing agents.
