Since I started the "PURGE" riot....

In my opinion, this is what it really comes boils down to - No Title Company/SS/Lender is going to continue to use a listing where a large percentage of listings are no longer working, blank, or out of date. Secondly, making them log on to search more than a few listings is just driving away their business.

I used to get a ton of calls from my premier listing and although I am still quite busy, the calls are now coming from elsewhere. The above issues are what the users (Title/SS) are complaining about and as a group, we should want our listings (paid and free) to appeal to the users - not frustrate them and drive them elsewhere.

I imagine Harry has heard us - how can he not? Hopefully, a solution will be forthcoming in the near future.

Harry - I really don't mean to be a trouble maker - honest!

His competition that starts with a sequential number has called me 2 or 3 times that I need to update my profile. And asked me if I am still in business. I think they want to keep the database up to date. I had to do that otherwise I will be deleted form their database.

I've received very few calls from my listing on NotRot over the last year; however, I get many calls from other paid listings I have.

From my experience, and what TCs are telling me when they call is that they are using the other databases because of the nonsense and unprofessional postings that go on here. When someone flames and attacks and makes a total @SS out of themselves all the while linking their profile, they need to stop and think that those same unprofessional posts come up in Google searches. A TC has never told me they quit using NotRot database because the listings are out-of-date.

When I first became a Premier member, having the little orange box and the blue name was an elitist thing -- it really meant something and very few people had it. Now 99% of the postings are linked. I quit linking some time ago because my profile isn't for the benefit of the posters to read and critique -- it's for the TCs whom I getting work from and who are paying me.

I have been a premier member, no calls, went to being a basic member, no calls, every time a I get a new call from a TC or SS I always ask where they found me and this site is never one of them. I plan on staying with NR, it has good info and great people..........JMO
