Sunset Signings LLC f/k/a Sunset Closing Services

Hi Everyone,

I have been alerted to this forum by a couple of notaries that we have done business recently. Please be advised that we closed down Sunset Closing Services because of a complaint from a company in Indianapolis, IN with a similar name (Sunset Closings Inc.). Our new ame is Sunset Signings LLC. As of December 31, 2007, our accounting department assured me that all notaries who have done business with us in the past had been paid as long as all necessary documentation had been received, i.e. W9, Notary License, E&O insurance.

I'm sure most people here have seen that we were not paid for over $18,000 worth of invoices from last summer due to companies closing their doors for good. We will never run from our responsibility to pay notaries that have done work for us though, even if it takes a while to pay them back. Our business has slowed substantially, but if anyone has not been paid for any services performed by Sunset Closing Services at 22731 Tombill Road, Ramona, CA 92065, PLEASE contact us at [e-mail address]. We would like to communicate in writing, please. We cannot secure a loan because of the instability of the market at this time, but we will gladly work with any and all notaries that have not been paid to get things settled with them.

We specifically kept our doors open to make sure that all notaries have been paid that has done work for us. Please do NOT confuse us with Sunset Closings Inc. in Indianapolis, IN. Thank you.
