Anyone have updated info on them. Got a call to do one tonight.

The confirmation says 1/2 fee if the borrower refuses to sign.

Loretta,
OK in my book. Worked for them only once. Printed the docs, headed for the closing in a bad rainstorm and they called 20 miles out to cancel. Billed them for printing + and they paid. Work for them anytime.

I have worked for them quite a few times and I do remember that I had a no-sign once and billed full-fee and got it (there was no mention of 1/2 fee for no-sign). But I just checked my records and I haven't worked for them since Nov 2006, so it's been a long time. They were good to work with from what I remember, and paid well. I don't have any recent experience with them, though.

No recent experience either, but when I worked with them 2 years ago they were OK
I would give them a chance.

They cancelled the loan with me. Their policy is 1/2 fee now if the borrowers refuse to sign.
I'll have to pass. Sounds like they were good people with a sad new policy on no-signs.
