Title Companies

Hello. I have lost several title companies who simply have closed their doors or have no business.
Could you tell me HOW to find the "good paying" companies? Thanks so much.

Didn't your mother teach you:
"If you don't have anything kind to say then don't say anything at all"

That is why people don't like to post on these forums because there are those on here that "get off" on being rude.

I am not a newbie but thanks for your advice.

Re: goodpayingtitlecompanies.com

If you're not a newbie, then shame on you for even asking.

Someone in the business for any length of time knows that if you want to find good title companies, you have to go knock on some doors, get some face time, introduce yourself. Time and Time again....to the same title companies, until they start using you.

This isn't rocket science. This is business. Its sales. If you can't do it, then don't do it.

and remember.... goodpayingtitlecompanies.com, anyone who is anyone is using it.

Kathryn
If you have read these forums often enough, you will know that no-one is going to hand over a list of good paying companies - whether title or signing company.
Go to Signing Central and check the companies listed there.
You have to do your own homework.

Kathryn, its tough everywhere. No ones trying to get under..

your skin. If they do, just get even. We're all sitting around wishing for more work. Pat your foot until spring, and we will all see an increase in business. Just like every other year,.............I'm just thinkin'............................ if these slow times have'nt flooded our market with a bunch of "MOBILE NOTARIES" who will work for $50-85. If so, we can start breakin' down old A/C units for the copper in 'em.

Keep your chin up!

Didn't your father teach you:

"Take pride in your work and do it to the best of your abilities"

That's why people don't like posts like yours because there are those that show up here who are lazy and don't understand a thing about what their job actually entails, such as basic marketing.

I am not a newbie either and thanks for your question.
