Voip phone service: any info on MagicJack?

Always trying to lower my phone bill, lately I have been researching MagicJack on MagicJack.com and DigitalNomads.com At $20/year the price is very appealing.

if you have any experience or info on this company and product/service, I would love to read your comments.
