I did one yesterday for them, so cant tell you much. It was 5 miles from me so I accepted it. Did pay a small about less than what I usually take but it was close

He called me for one today but I was already booked so we didn't get around to discussing fees. At first I thought it was the Platinum in MN, but when I did a reverse phone look-up, it was located in OH and it appeared to be a residence.

And I thought he said the company was called Platinum Signings, not Platinum Closing Services. Definitely the same guy, though - Daniel McNamara. The reverse phone look-up displayed his name.
