ALO Notary Service has payment policies that you should be aware of:

You will only be paid if they get paid. I have been waiting very patiently for almost 5 months. She states that they will only pay you for a no-sign IF the loan goes to the table a SECOND time and only if it closes. THEY ONLY PAY IF LOANS CLOSE. Period. If it does not go back to the table you will never be paid.

Allison Mccaferty clearly states that they only pay if loans close and they are paid. If they do not get their money, you do not get yours. She says this is the nature of the business and I should chalk it up. Well, it's not part of my business. I refuse to work for someone when I my payment is contingent on a third party. Also, this is not in her contract- so beware.

she posts here all the time - although she doesn't disclose that she's a signing service like many of the other services do. If she didn't disclose that policy up front, you can proceed with collection. If you agreed to it in a contract or via confirmation ...

It was never disclosed- either in the contract or the confirmation. I would not work knowingly under those policies. It is just a cancel at the table fee. I probably won't be able to collect.
