I see the previous posts. However not too much talk about the Ampro. Can I have people's thoughts on this situation? Would you close for them? Thanks in advance.

Did one for Phil last week and I'm doing one for him today. I have worked with Phil for a very long time and have never had any issues. I really like closing the RMs he gets because the LOs do a super job communicating with the borrowers.
