Be aware they pay $50 per "completed signing"
according to the agreement posted on their website. Doesn't look like they pay no-sign or rescind fees - unless they negotiate this separately.

I've done 2 for them last summer. They were both on mobile homes. Yes, I was paid $50 but both were just 5 miles away and about 15 pages. Didn't take long at all. Paid in about 15 days.

That's not too bad - but seriously low for a full refi package.

that may be what you were offered, but I have to defend and say that isn't the case here. In fact, I did them a favor along the way and was thanked many times over which included a business card case and a hand written letter. They are a solid litlle store, and one that I always welcome a friendly hello from.

Need to clear something up, Cheryl
they didn't offer me anything - that's what's on their website - after I saw your post praising them I went and checked them out..

got cha gf...hope they call you someday. I don't put my fees on my profile for exactly that same reason. It's always negotiable per case in my book.
