Certificate of title for a vehicle

I am a notary and signing agent even. I haven't had any formal training in Penndot MV forms etc. A lady requested that I come to a nursing home to sign a MV -4 or Cert of Title for a vehicle....
Her spouse is selling the vehicle. Am I qualified to sign this form on the back ? Is there anything special I should know? Do I have to participate in the Penndot training to do this?
I did read do not notarize or vierfy unless signed in your presence and the purchaser's name is listed. They want me to come out tonight (Wed) if someone could get back to me quick I'd appreciate your help. Moments like these make me feel stupid, but better safe than sorry!!Darla
