I received a notice yesterday from the US Bankruptcy court for the Souther District of Texas, Houston Division Re: Cassandra Parker who did business as Certified Signing Services.

Me too. I had already written that one off as a lost cause.
Has anyone ever gotten anything out of a bankruptcy proceeding???

What a liar! Read the MLMWoman writeup

As part of the writeup on the MLMWoman site, she says: "I’m even helping many of the notaries who lost money when Certified went out of business; and it feels great!"
Yea, right - helping them lose more money! If she is really making money with this new scheme and if she really wanted to help us notaries who ended up involuntarily working for free, she'd do the right and honorable thing by us and use her new income to pay her past debts. Instead she cheerfully files bankruptcy, stiffs everyone she owed, and starts over scamming new suckers. Grrrrrrrrr.
