Got an email to sign up. They want to pay $85.00 with edocs. I told them I would only do it for that price in my neighborhood.

I got a recruitment e-mail last week, too

but she didn't offer any specific amount - she asked my fees and the areas I cover. I replied but haven't heard back yet.
