Confidentiality in journal

Does any one know what can be used in my journal (besides a sheet of paper) to keep previous clients information from being seen by the one now signing the journal. I vaguely remember in one of the newsletters from NNA that at last years conference someone there had a device to do this, but I have never seen it any where else.

I use post-it notes. I add them and re-position them as I go. I re-use them when I go to the next page in my journal. They come in a variety of sizes.

I use paper, scored to fold at each sig line. I paperclip to top of page and move it down prior to next signing. A great many compliments are the result, with the usual comment that "Thank you, I've never seen a journal protecting my info before. Glad to see this!"

It's fast, easy, and it works - doesn't cost a thing.

I use a file folder cut to fit each space and then I attach a clip at the end of the page to hold the previous "flip" from coming up and people who might be "nosey" to see what's under there have to actually attempt to remove the clip. I tell them no,no, don't do that. Works great and lasts a long time.
