Coversign - Non Payment.
All, I still have not been paid for a closing I did for them in September, 2007. Maurice Coleman called me last week to do another closing for Coversign. I told him he still owed me money from the first closing. After a little longer conversation, Maurice told me he would have a check to me two days later for the September closing. Because of having a trusting spirit and his word, I took the second closing. It is 4 days later and I still have not seen a check from the first closing and I know believe I will most likely not get paid for the second closing. He said they are now working out of Atlanta instead of Kentucky. He called from 502-299-7243. I have tried to call him since the closing but to no avail.
I should have never taken the second closing. He is not paying his notaries. Do not take work from him, you will never see payment.
