DCI/Document Closers Inc. here's some info.
The corporation was dissolved on March 24, 2005, Recorded on April 1, 2005. Owner's name: Mary Annette DeAngelo; Home address: 1942 N. Merrick Drive, Deltona, FL 32738-4955
My attorney said that in Florida, if she gave you work after the corp. was dissolved she is personally liable for the debt, even if she used the corp. name on the confirmation. Those of you out of state can see if that applies for you as well. I hope this helps everyone that was ripped off to collect your debt. I'm filing a lawsuit as soon as I know what venue I need to file it in to collect what she owes me, even if I have to file a judgement and collect whenever she might refinance or sell her home. Personally, I'm sick and tired of these rip off SS's.

Remember, she was Jamie Jessup's office manager and she obviously learned everything from him.

Now there is name to put fear into little children. The new breed-the Tinkies and Howdys don't hold a candle. Any news that's fit to print on our "favorite" flake?

Strange he doesn't have money to pay notaries, but he recently contributed to a political campaign for a commissioner - and he was the campaign manager as well.
Herb Zischkau $1,273.90 -- from Jamie Jessup's family and business

Teachable, huh? I love it. Gullable would be more like it.

And David Santiago - who is, I believe a commissioner in Deltona (at least he was, not sure if he still is) is sort of joined at the hip with Jamie.

I'll do some checking, apparently the SAO was going to look
into filing fraud charges against Jessup over his actions with MortgageNotary.com.

But, she didn't learn well enough from her mentor, she
actually dissolved her corporation in March of 2005, thereby making her personally responsibile for the debts she incurred in that company name after the recorded date. Jessup didn't dissolve his corporation until after he stiffed everyone and then closed the doors leaving every stuck with going after the corporation. She owns real property in Florida and I'm going after a piece of it even if I have to wait until she sells, then they will pay all judgements at closing in order to clear the title. At least, I'll eventually get paid.
