E-Volve LLC out of Arizona-payment issue
I did a search and nothing came up on this company. They are listed in signing central as Evolve LLC but no information was available under that name. However, they used to be known as Nationwide Document Signing Service. Under that company name they had a good reputation.
Has anyone been given the run around on payment from this company or not been paid?
Looks like this is my first company.
They state that when a loan is closed in any month they will then pay out the following month on the 15th for all the work performed. They are using the "check is in the mail" routine. Supposedly the first check got lost somehow over 30 days ago. Now a second check was sent out on 1/4/08 and it seems they will say that one got lost too.
I suggest being careful of taking any work from them. They were very nice to recruit NSA's in the beginning but now have resorted to the usual practice of not paying the NSA's for their work.
I will post updates as the weeks go by of any changes.

I performed a signing for them on Nov. 3, 2007 and have gotten the check is in the mail and then they re-issued a new check...... I still have not received either of the checks. They even supplied me with check numbers. I had never done any assignments for them and was wondering myself. Looks like in these slow times we will be the last to get paid, if we get paid at all. Let's keep each other posted on progress, if any.

It looks more like it is safe to stay away from them and not perform any signings in the future for them. Will keep you posted. I sent them an invoice stating their account is 30 days over due. Next I will start the collection process.

I performed a signing in June 2008 and still haven't been paid. Bill Gimbel told me a couple of weeks ago that a certain check number had been issued and his bookkeeper mailed it out that night. To date, no check. Got a response again that he would re-issue the check but not received yet. Have any of you received payments yet??

they do not pay , i've been given every lie in the books , the owner out of time,we havn't been paid either is what the scheduler said ,,, the owner emailed me , advising he is working on liquidation of his funds..LOL .. i asked him so why did you provide me with a check # if you have no funds.. oh that check was lost in mail he said , 2nd check number etc(never arrived) ..

I'm catching the blues from Evolve-LLC as well concerning a closing i did in November, 2007. After leaving messages, and emails for months. I finally reached Bill Gimbel, who asked me whether I had a paypal account, because he could forward the money there. I did as he requested, that was two weeks ago. When I try to call the number, it seems now that it belongs to another company. Evolve IT, LLC sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
