Eleventh Hour Signing

11th hour informed me I need to "file a claim" with their company to get paid for a signing from October. Does anyone know if they have officially declared bankruptcy?

Thanks for posting this. Another formerly good company falls prey to current events. Shoot! I'll give Paige bonus points at least for not trying to hide from everyone. I don't know if it will help us get paid, but it's lots better than some of the games others have tried to play. Hopefully we'll at least get paid something of what is owed. I've recently resent past due invoices and they are on my list to call. You've saved me the effort. Guess I'll be filing a claim instead.

Ha Ha! Don't feel sorry for this rip-off artist. She called me once at 10pm to do a signing at a company 30 miles away at 1pm. She agreed to my price and I did the job. She sent me an email the next day saying "You are the greatest!" then I never heard from her again. After week of emails and phone calls I finally reached her. "My fathers an attorney and he says I don't have to pay you because you are bugging me." She replied to me.
She ended up paying me.
So I'm not crying any tears for her. Let daddy help her!
