FASS and LAND AMERICA

Anyone do work lately for either of these companies? I haven't heard from them for about 1 month. Although I have heard from a lot of new companies lately.

They are still around but Land Am wants to pay Low fee.

I've been working for LAND AMERICA, and last signing I forgot to send them my invoice. Today I've got a call from Ms. Bailey. So, I hope to get my fee, soon. They meet my fee.

LandAm has provided me with quite a few closings, and although they try to lowball, they will meet my fees if they need me bad enough. It took a long time for them to pay me at first and they kept calling w/more work so I let them know I had to be paid up to date before I would do more for them. They told me they would get a check in the mail right away and would pay me weekly from then on. I raised my fee for that assignment because, as I told them, it was still a gamble. They agreed and have kept their word ever since. They always try to find someone to do the job for less, so if people would quit giving away their time/money/etc. and demand a fair price . . . well, you know the scoop! Good luck!

I have worked with both companies and never have a problem with fees. They always meet my fee. Checks in mail quickly after closing.

Have not heard from FASS in over a month, always met my fees, very quite month I must say, the worst in over 2 years
