FASS links

Is it just me or is everyone having trouble with FASS's links to document packages? This is the second time in a row I've had to email them to [e-mail address] and have them email me attachments.

Just wondering if something is wrong with my computer or if others are having this problem.

I have problems with FASS all the time. Their low pay, do it this way, and trying to understand their scheduler has just about brought and end to my relationship with FASS. Used to be a good company to work for but like so many others they want to make all the money and think we can work for peanuts.
