This comapny is a sham!! The owner called to schedule a closing with me, said he had 10 closing in the area he needed to be done, but those were scheduled about 2-3 weeks out and he was looking for a agent in the area. The first closing he wanted that day to be done was lower than my normal fee, but i took it because he prominsed more work coming. After I did this closing, I faxed my invoice as instructed and waited, waited and waited. Finally i called about a month later and the comapnies phone had been disonnected, and the fax machine number was off. I was jipped out of the money and never did I see those other 9 closings he promise!!

If you do a search on Final Step (orange button) you'll notice that in the past they have been known to pay low and late. I never take on a signing company without checking this forum.... I've saved myself the trouble of collecting on many occasions!

Gary had a line a mile long and you took the bait and did not do a search here first, he is out of business and when may I ask did you do a closing for him?
