Firma Signing

I have worked with this company for several years now and they are a great company. I have always been paid. I have gotten a trip fee a time or two but that was expected, not every file closes.

Two Thumbs up!!

That's nice. It hasn't been that way for some of the rest of us. The only way I have gotten paid after it being 60 days old is to threaten them.

It took over 3 months to be paid for one of their closings. After leaving message after message I finally called their client and informed her of my situation. I asked her of the closing for "such and such" closed and of course it had closed a long time ago.

I then told her I was at my wits end trying to get a hold of anyone at Firma and asked her if they were still in business. She then called Firma for me and within a few minutes Jim called me back and said I would be paid soon.

Another two weeks had passed and still NO check so I left them more messages, several times a day, and informed them I would be contacting their client again. After about my 10 message Jim called me and I got my check about 5 days later.

NEVER again will I work for this crappy company! I did a LAST MINUTE RUSH job for them but they could give a crap me or anyone else!
