For those not paid by Articulate Notary Service

I just spoke with a woman at the TC (Fidelity, in my case). She stated they are still working with Articulate, and have had no other complaints. Is anyone else going above Articulate with their non-payment concerns?

Well, it does seem strange. I've left messages and sent emails, all without receiving a response. The lady at the TC was kind enough to send an email on my behalf; we'll see if that works!

I have close many loans for Francis and I received payment in less then 30 days. Only in October I did a signing and received payment in December, because he had a family emergency and left another person in charge that didn't really take care his business.

I have done four signings for Francis and I am getting no response and not pay. It is not like them, I realize, but not to even answer my calls or e-mail. I did all the correct things that they asked me to do, and no reponse. My invoices date back to November....I really want a response before I call the TC.

I'm another notary dinged by Franics at Articulate Notary Service. All phone number have been disconnected. What about going on YouTube and asking the public if anyone knows any information about Francis or the business. If you don't say anything negative, just simply ask if anyone knows anything, that wouldn't be slander would it?

I have worked with Articulate notary back on Oct 21 2007. I was promised 100.00. Till this day i have never been paid. I dont have a current contact number for them. Does anyone have a way of getting a hold of them?
