Fraud

This past week,

I was asked by 3 seperate people to unlawfully notarize documents..What is going on?? 1 person stated that he would forge his mothers signature if I would notarize it! He got another notary to do it! A friend wanted me to notarize his sons signature (son is in jail). Third guy..just wanted me to notarize his dentists signature!! No big deal!

I will never commit fraud and break the law for anyone!

Those guys are idiots.

They think you are willing to risk jail to notarize something so illegal? Evil people. And to forge his mother's signature? EVIL!

Boy what area do you live in? Sounds like crime is runnin rampid there. Stick to your guns, we don't want to read about you in the paper or the next NNA guide... LOL If I were you I would be interested in who around you did notarize the 2nd one. It is always good to know who is in your area and how they operate.
I didn't have any fraud issues this week but I did have 3 different closers who stood up or just plain cancelled on the borrowers because we got about 2" of snow and they didn't want to go out in... How tacky is that? They should have never taken the closings in the first place, heck they were calling for about 4 inches all week, it wasn't like they didn't know the weather could have been bad. Funny thing was the roads were all clear, they just upset people and gave away business. I don't mind that one bit... I was glad I could get them squeezed in..

ROFLMAO...

The guy in jail...

uh, yeah... since he's in custody with a visitors log nobody would be able to prove that he didn't "appear before me" on a given day.

A notary that would stamp that one isn't just crooked, he's S-T-U-P-I-D... I'm surprised he managed to stamp it right side up.

Re: ROFLMAO...

Hey now...stamp misfires occur even to the best of us!!! LOL Point taken with the message! People are just plain - crazy when they think that you will do something illegal for them!
